Consensuses before lunch Saturday, November 2:
- We reaffirm the Declaration of World Peace.
- Marijuana is still legal.
- Parallel realities may be called into existence as needed and determined by this council.
Consensuses attained in parallel reality:
- Gonzo is reappointed High Holy ZuZu, put in charge of organizing
(note that Gonzo was not yet in attendance at the time of this consensus).
- Sarah is in charge of disorganizing.
- This council does not recognize drive-by consensus blocking, or drive-by sleep blocking.
- Water is to flow uphill as this council determines the need.
- This council consenses that the Virginia/D.C. Rainbow Family
will host the National Gathering in 2004, The Year of Enlightenment.
The Gathering will be a picnic in Malcolm's back yard.
- Karmapapapa reappointed Director of Welcome Homeland Security.

- Turtle Soup Hat has $700 - $800, plus a trailer to sell. Sales money from the trailer will go to Rainbow Guide. Up to $500 allocated to Spring Council/Spring Regional snail-mailing unless needed for kitchen.
General notes:
Medicine Crow announces his candidacy for Gadfly of the Republic, with a party affiliation of the Mad Hatter's Tea Party.
New Year's Day hot tub in Southfield - tabled.
Rainbow Guide. Getting it done: Data entry day, Gonzo's, November
16. FunRaiser: January? Several possible venues will be investigated.
Turtle Soup Kitchen process. There is an inclination for certain
people to be really bossy, which discourages new folks from plugging in.
We all need to be vibes watchers.
Alice seeks tangible and intangible words for an art project
homework assignment. The words she ended up with were "Magic Feather
Time".
Rondoe offers his farmhouse for family connection.
